THE ROLE
We are a fast-growing business, and we have a unique opportunity for an IT Systems and Support Specialist to join our HQ team.
The successful candidate is someone who has proven skills and experience in information technology (IT) and is passionate about the eCommerce space.
This new and exciting role has been created with an emphasis to manage and maintain our software, systems, and eCommerce functions with laser-focused attention to detail and quick response standards.
The IT Systems and Support Specialist is someone who also thrives naturally in a customer first role. The role includes incident and support request management as well as internal technical IT and Systems assistance via phone, remote sessions, and in-person.
In addition, the IT Systems and Support Specialist will report to the IT Manager and will play a key role at Ethical Brand Co. The role will also see you work alongside the Marketing team to provide website maintenance, updates and configuration, and eCommerce support.
KEY TASKS
Investigate, triage, and complete internal IT support requests
Deliver IT support in line with the Internal Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Provide software and systems configuration and maintenance
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and system issues
Provide support with Microsoft environment administration
Oversee the deployment of users, software, hardware, and SOE
Deliver website maintenance, updates and configuration
Contribute to change management and IT-related projects
Assist with company technology asset management
Provide reports across various ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems
Contribute to initiatives to drive vendor engagement
Configure online sales, campaigns, discount codes/coupons
Organise online product catalogues
Prepare marketing related reports by analysing sales data
Maintain internal data and record keeping
Liaise with external suppliers and third-party collaborators
ESSENTIAL
Minimum 2 years' experience in level 2/3 IT support or similar
Experience with IT Service Management tools and delivery
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and Admin Centre
Experience with Windows OS, macOS, and iOS
Demonstrated skills in problem-solving
High level skills in written and verbal communication
Proficient in internal data maintenance and real time record-keeping
Exceptional attention to detail
Capacity to multitask and prioritise
Competence to work within a team and autonomously
Demonstrated willingness learn multiple systems and processes
Experience with eCommerce platforms
DESIRABLE
Experience working with Salesforce
Web Development
IT-related qualifications
CRM and ERP platforms experience highly regarded
Experience with procedure development and subsequent training rollouts
